Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing. You will receive an email confirmation once an order is placed. After an order is shipped, you will receive another email containing the related tracking information. Domestic shipments through First Class Mail (Express) should be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. Packages that weigh 1 pound (16 oz) or above are required by the USPS to be shipped via Priority Mail^®

Shipping costs include fees for both shipping AND handling.

 International shipments may incur longer processing and delivery periods depending on your country. Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the US may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Psycho Suburbia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
